Old Edwards Inn & Spa Wedding: Meredith and Jerry

When Jerry popped "The Question" to Meredith one cold winter evening she had no idea what was coming... Meredith, clothed in sweats with a tissue in one hand and Advil in the other had been sick for a few days! Jerry bundled her up, and they drove to the top of the mountain to "Look at Christmas Lights" or so she thought! Little did she know a wedding was soon to follow!

Meredith and Jerry became Mr. & Mrs. Harkness at The Farm at Old Edwards Inn & Spa in Highlands, NC! What a perfectly romantic day! I don't know if there is a more down to Earth couple in all the world! We had so much fun capturing all of the details that made this day completely theirs!

I am honored to have been there with them as they began their lives as husband and wife, but more than that I am blessed to call them friends!

I love that when you view these images you feel the warmth of her soul, and the beauty behind those sparkling eyes!

Meredith's Bridal Shoot at Litchfield Plantation, SC

What do you say when the baby of your family stands before you in her bridal gown looking like an angel... Meredith was breath taking in her fitted lace gown for the Bridal Session at Litchfield Plantation in Pawleys Island, South Carolina! She is the very definition of Grace! As you could imagine...arriving six years after the youngest grandchild in our family, she has been the apple of everyones eye since the day she was born! However, unlike most people in that position she never took advantage of it. Meredith is sweet and selfless... always looking for the good in others. Oh .... I love her!
